Binds schema orchestration during the register pass, then enables only the network-specific hooks during boot. Self-heal runs for both install shapes so removing ConfigServiceProvider’s direct installer cannot regress single-site. Boot puts this provider after every other, add-ons included: the self-heal creates the tables of the components registered by the time it runs, and an add-on registers its own while it boots (DECISIONS #299).
