Normalizes and validates a requested artifact name (spec FR-009, FR-010).
Public API

postTypeFor(string $className): string

Section titled “blockSlugFor(string $className): string”Kebab-case block slug from a class name: TeamMember → team-member. Used for the block folder + the <prefix>/<slug> block name.
titleFor(string $className): string
