The Overview’s Forms & Flows card (spec 118, US-OVR-05): whether the inbox needs the viewer today. Three numbers, Open (new or in progress), Assigned to you and Unread (open and not read), each counted by the inbox’s own query, so tests, the trash and spam are left out exactly as the inbox leaves them out, and each links to the inbox with that filter. The forms add-on is optional (Principle IX): with it off the card says so. Its catalog is read through the container for the same reason. A count that fails is not caught here: the card then says “Could not load” (US-OVR-06).
